Welcome to the Aging with Aloha Coalition

The Aging with Aloha® Coalition, formerly the Maui Long Term Care Partnership, is an island-wide coalition consisting of more than 80 individuals including older adults, consumers, caregivers, County representatives, service providers, government officials, educators, business development and community action agencies. The coalition is dedicated to establishing and sustaining a comprehensive coordinated home and community-based model of services that will foster quality of life and death with dignity for Maui County’s older adults.
